Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed.
Orders will take 2-3 business days to ship once they are fully processed. The shipping time begins once the order is dropped off with the carrier. A shipping label may be printed one or more days before shipping. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. If you order more than 6 pretzels, you may receive multiple shipments.
The above times are approximate. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing and shipping times may be extended during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, with a minimum shipping charge of $10.00 for the first pound (which will cover 4-6 individual pretzels, or one variety pack). Total shipping costs depend on the number of pretzels that you buy. If you order more than 6 pretzels, you will be charged additional shipping fees per pretzel based on weight, up to $34.00 in total shipping costs. No more than 12 pretzels can be purchased in a single order. See below for details on order limitations and shipping charges for variety packs.
Please note that the weight of each pretzel listed on the individual product pages is approximate, and may include packaging material. Since each pretzel is made by hand, there may be some variation in weight.
Special limits for variety packs:
Variety packs are limited to a maximum of 1 per order. There is a $10.00 shipping charge per variety pack (based on weight). If you order a combination of individual pretzels and a variety pack, the variety pack counts as 6 pretzels toward the 12-item order limit (shipping charges will be calculated separately for the individual pretzels and combined at checkout).

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
